The Webb Schools was led to victory by Tyler Samson and Andrew Paik. Samson dropped a double-double on 18 points and ten rebounds, while Paik shot 4-for-9 from deep and dropped a double-double on 18 points and ten rebounds. Another player making a difference was Alec Kaushal, who scored six points.
SEED: LA's defeat dropped their record down to 6-10. As for The Webb Schools, their win bumped their record up to 6-11.
Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. SEED: LA will challenge Providence at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. One thing working in Providence's favor is that they have posted big point totals in their last eight matchups. As for The Webb Schools, they will head out on the road to face off against Mesa Grande Academy at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. The matchup should be an exciting one, as these teams are ranked near one another in California (Mesa Grande Academy is ranked 1180th, while The Webb Schools is ranked 1198th).
