The defeat unfortunately continues a disappointing trend for Dadeville in their matchups with Beauregard: they've now lost four in a row.
Beauregard's win was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Kam Torbert, who scored ten points along with six steals. Those ten points set a new season-high mark for Torbert. Cooper Watson was another key contributor, scoring ten points along with nine rebounds.
Dadeville bumped their record down to 0-3 with that loss, which was their ninth straight on the road dating back to last season. As for Beauregard, they are on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four contests, which provided a massive bump to their 3-4 record this season.
Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Dadeville will take on LaFayette at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday. LaFayette is still on the hunt for that elusive first 'W'. As for Beauregard, they will be playing at home against Horseshoe Bend at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. Horseshoe Bend will be looking to extend their current five-game winning streak.
