Hardin Northern extended their winning streak to four on Tuesday, bumping their season record up to 10-2 in the process. They were the clear victors by a 12-2 margin over the Ridgemont Golden Gophers. The Polar Bears might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won six matches by six runs or more this season.

As for Ridgemont, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost four of their last five contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 4-8 record this season. They have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

For Ridgemont's part, they saw five different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Ethan Moore, who went 1-for-2 with one run and one double.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Hardin Northern will square off against Pandora-Gilboa at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Ridgemont, they will head out to face off against Allen East at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
