Basketball Recap: Bishop Grimes' Run of Four Straight Wins Now Over

Bishop Grimes easily dispatched Jordan-Elbridge last Friday, but unfortunately both the margin and the ultimate result were a different story in this one. The Bishop Grimes Cobras fell just short of the Green Tech Eagles by a score of 48-45 on Sunday. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest loss the Cobras have suffered since December 16, 2023.

Leading Green Tech to victory were Indavier Barnes and Ramere Brown. Barnes posted 14 points along with five assists and five boards, while Brown dropped a double-double on 15 points and 18 boards. The dominant performance gave Brown a new career-high in rebounds. The team also got some help courtesy of Ayden Taylor, who earned eight points.
