Edon won the last time they faced Cardinal Stritch and things went their way on Saturday too. The Edon Bombers took down the Cardinal Stritch Cardinals 50-35. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Bombers.

Despite the loss, Cardinal Stritch saw an underclassman step up: sophomore Amaya Hill dropped a double-double on 15 points and 11 boards. Morgan Kennedy was another key player, putting up seven points.

Edon's win ended a six-game drought at home and bumped them up to 4-13. As for Cardinal Stritch, they have been struggling recently as they've lost nine of their last 12 matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 5-12 record this season.

Edon will welcome North Central at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Edon has been getting the ball to fall more lately as they've increased their point totals each of their last three games. As for Cardinal Stritch, they didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 45-30 victory against Vanlue on the 28th.
