Soccer Recap: Marist's Victory on Tuesday Extends Winning Streak to Ten

Marist had already proven themselves in the regular season and they didn't miss a beat now that it's playoff time. They never let the Pendleton Buckaroos get on the board and left with a 10-0 victory on Tuesday. Marist might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won 13 matchups by three goals or more this season.

Their offense was hitting Pendleton from everywhere, as six different players booted in a goal. Libby Mclaughlin led that balanced group of strikers and accounted for four goals all by herself.

The win (which was Marist's tenth in a row) raised their record to 14-1-1. The victories came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only given up one goal over those ten contests. As for Pendleton, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 5-9-1.

As of now, neither Marist nor the Buckaroos have any future games scheduled.
