The Windsor Forest Knights's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Tuesday after their fifth straight defeat. Their rough 55-35 defeat to Vidalia might stick with them for a while. Windsor Forest has not had much luck with the Indians recently, as the team's come up short the last three times they've met.
Several Knights players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Grace Ellington, who scored 15 points. Heaven Sperry was another key contributor, scoring 12 points.
It was another big night for Hannah Nichols, who scored 16 points along with six rebounds and five steals for Vidalia. Another player making a difference was Tymber Harris, who scored eight points along with 11 rebounds and two steals.
Windsor Forest has traveled a rocky road recently having lost six of their last seven matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 5-13 record this season. As for Vidalia, the victory got them back to even at 11-11.
Windsor Forest will head out on the road to square off against the Bears at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Vidalia, they will be playing in front of their home fans against the Warriors at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
