Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Everett). They never let the Marysville-Pilchuck Tomahawks get on the board and left with a 27-0 victory on Friday. With that win, the Seagulls brought their scoring average up to 7.3 runs per game.
Lincoln Stewart was a major factor no matter where he played. He didn't allow a single earned run and allowed only one hit while striking out 13 over five innings pitched. He also tossed no walks, which is notable because Everett is 2-1 when he allows at most two walks, but 1-5 otherwise. Stewart was also big at the plate, going 2-for-5 with three RBI, two runs, and one triple. That's the most runs he has posted since back in April of 2024.
