The Grace Christian Academy Rams typically have all the answers at home, but on Tuesday the King's Academy Lions proved too difficult a challenge. They narrowly escaped with a victory as the squad sidled past the Rams 44-41. The victory made it back-to-back wins for King's Academy.
King's Academy's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Harrison Rollins led the charge by almost dropping a double-double on nine points and nine rebounds. Another player making a difference was Jack Townsend, who scored seven points along with two steals.
King's Academy is on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five contests, which provided a nice bump to their 9-19 record this season. As for Grace Christian Academy, their defeat ended a 12-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 16-8.
King's Academy didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 61-47 victory vs. Christian Academy of Knoxville on the 8th. Grace Christian Academy does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
