The Cole Cougars can now show off 13 landslide victories after their most recent contest on Tuesday. They took their matchup on the road with ease, bagging a 92-47 win over Luling. The victory was familiar territory for Cole who now have eight in a row.
It was another big night for Logan Beckstrom, who dropped a double-double on 24 points and ten rebounds. James Livingston was another key contributor, scoring 20 points along with three steals.
Cole is on a roll lately: they've won 14 of their last 15 matches, which provided a massive bump to their 23-9 record this season. As for Luling, they are on a six-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 5-20.
Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Cole will challenge the Ro-Hawks at 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Randolph will have to bring their A-game into this one, as they are staring down a pretty big deficit in the MaxPreps Texas Rankings (they are ranked 1138th, while the Cougars are ranked 276th). As for Luling, they will head out on the road to face off against the Bulldogs at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
