Hampton is coming home in high spirits after they had to open their season on the road against Parkview Christian. Hampton blew past Parkview Christian, posting a 72-28 victory on the road.
Jack Bullis went supernova for Hampton, rushing for 151 yards and four touchdowns on only 12 carries, while also picking up 189 receiving yards and three touchdowns. That's the most total yards Bullis has posted since back in August of 2023. Another player making a difference was Wyatt Dose, who threw for 232 yards and four touchdowns while completing 83.3% of his passes.
Hampton wouldn't let Parkview Christian keep a hold of the ball as they managed to force four fumbles. It was truly a group effort as Tyler Mollevik, Bullis, and Dose picked up one apiece. Bullis was no stranger to the big play, cutting upfield for a catch that went for 65 yards.
Meanwhile, Harvard was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their seventh straight defeat. They took a blow against Southwest, falling 56-14.
Although Harvard took the loss, they still got scores from Ethyn Whetstine-Jones and Kyle Knueven.
