Gael Vargas gave up the fewest walks he has since back in March on Monday. He didn't allow a single earned run over seven innings pitched, good enough for us to rate the performance as the best he's had all season long. He also tossed no earned runs, which is notable because Kofa is 2-1 when he allows at most one earned run, but 7-8 otherwise.
