After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Skyridge, Timpanogos was happy to have turned things around on Saturday. They never let the Fremont Silverwolves get on the board and left with a 1-0 victory. The one-run effort marked the Timberwolves' lowest-scoring match of the season, but in the end it didn't matter.

Not much got past Canyon Clegg, who gave up just three hits and racked up six Ks to keep Fremont off the board.

At the plate, Timpanogos' win was truly a team effort as four different players contributed at least one hit. One of them was Carter Hall, who scored a run while going 2-for-3.

Timpanogos' victory bumped their record up to 4-2. As for Fremont, they now have a losing record of 1-2.

Timpanogos wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next game, a 14-4 win against Morgan on the 17th. As for Fremont, they have also already played their next contest, a 10-0 victory against Northridge on the 17th.
