 On Panther Valley's side,  Mikayla Yuricheck made the most of her time at bat despite the final result and  scored two  runs and  stole two bases while going 3-for-3. The team also got some help courtesy of  Morgan Orsulak, who  scored two  runs and  stole a base while going 1-for-2.
 Jim Thorpe's victory  ended  an  eight-game drought at home  and  bumped them up to 4-12. As for Panther Valley, their loss was  their fourth straight on the road, which  dropped their record down to 3-8.
 Jim Thorpe will stay at home for another  game and welcome North Schuylkill at 4:00  p.m.  on Tuesday. Jim Thorpe will be hoping to continue their four-game streak of scoring more  runs each  matchup than the last. As for Panther Valley, they will head out on the road to  challenge  Weatherly at 4:30  p.m.  on Tuesday. Panther Valley is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 6.5  runs per game  this season.
