The biggest upset of the week belonged to Earle, who took down 34th ranked Earle, 48-28.
Corning moved up to 106 from 140 in the state rankings this week, the biggest jump in 3A Region 3. The Bobcats climbed the ranks as a result of a 48-28 win over the Bulldogs.
Rivercrest's offense was tough to stop this week, as it produced the league's top passer, rusher and receiver. Phillip Porter threw for 104 and three touchdowns and Kani Turner had 66 yards receiving. On the ground Porter chipped in 81 yards. Greg Winford helped Rivercrest's passing attack out by catching two balls for 26 yards.
Rivercrest's offense has been unstoppable this season and the Colts feature the season leaders in passing, rushing and receiving yards. Porter has thrown for 241 yards and five touchdowns this season, while Turner has seven catches for 123 yards. Porter also leads the league in rushing with 198 yards.
The Colts were the team that gained the most ground in the standings this week, jumping from fifth to second in the league. Rivercrest defeated Harrisburg 40-6 earlier in the week.
