Windsor is a perfect 4-0 against Rocky Mountain since August of 2018 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Tuesday. The Wizards will square off against the Lobos at 4:15 p.m. Windsor will be looking to extend their current 15-game winning streak.
Windsor is headed in fresh off scoring the most runs they have all season. They were the clear victors by a 23-4 margin over Poudre on Friday. Considering the Wizards have won ten contests by more than five runs this season, Friday's blowout was nothing new.
Addison White made a splash no matter where she played. She looked comfortable on the mound, pitching five innings while giving up just two earned (and two unearned) runs off nine hits. White was even better at the plate, going 3-for-4 with three RBI, one stolen base, and one run. Those three hits gave her a new career-high.

In other batting news, the team relied heavily on Kylie Smith, who went 4-for-5 with seven RBI, two runs, and one stolen base. Those seven RBI gave her a new career-high. Maizie Maga?a also deserves some recognition as she launched her first home run of the season.
Windsor was getting hits left and right and finished the game having posted a batting average of .585. That's the best batting average they've posted all season.
Meanwhile, Rocky Mountain suffered their biggest loss since September 2nd on Thursday. They lost 15-8 to Greeley West. The defeat continues a trend for the Lobos in their meetings with the Spartans: they've now lost four in a row.
Berkley Bartels made the most of her time in the batter's box despite the final result and got on base in all four of her plate appearances with two stolen bases and three runs. Another player making a difference was Sophia Meyer, who got on base in two of her five plate appearances with two stolen bases, one run, and one RBI.
Windsor's record is now 17-1. As for Rocky Mountain, their loss dropped their record down to 8-11.
Rocky Mountain's pitching crew has a crucial task ahead of them: Windsor has been making plenty of contact this season, having averaged 9.8 hits per game. It's a different story for Rocky Mountain, though, as they've been averaging 11.5 hits. Given Windsor's sizable advantage in that area, the Lobos will need to find a way to close that gap.
Windsor took their win against Rocky Mountain in their previous matchup on September 4th by a conclusive 11-2 score. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Wizards since the squad won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
