The San Antonio Christian Lions will play host again and welcome the Saint Mary's Hall Barons, where kickoff is scheduled for 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Both squads will be entering this one on the heels of a big victory.
Even though San Antonio Christian has not done well against St. Joseph Academy recently (they were 0-5 in their previous five matchups), they didn't let the past get in their way on Tuesday. San Antonio Christian never let St. Joseph Academy onto the board and left with a 5-0 victory. Give San Antonio Christian's defense some credit: that's the team's third straight shutout.
They hit St. Joseph Academy with a four-pronged attack, as the team got scores from

Caleb Schuetze,
Paul Griffith, and
Ashton Salehi.
Meanwhile, Saint Mary's Hall scored the most points they've had all season to find success back in January. They were the clear victor by a 9-2 margin over St. Anthony. The team's offensive explosion also rewarded Saint Mary's Hall with their most commanding win of the season.
San Antonio Christian pushed their record up to 15-4 with that win, which was their third straight at home. Those victories were due in large part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 18 goals over those three matchups. As for Saint Mary's Hall, the win got them back to even at 4-4.
San Antonio Christian took their victory against Saint Mary's Hall in their previous matchup back in January of 2023 by a conclusive 7-1. With San Antonio Christian ahead 4-0 at the half, the match was all but over already.
