After two weeks on the road, North Scott is heading back home. On Friday they take on Clinton at North Scott High School at 7:30 PM. North Scott are coming into the match hot, having won five in a row.
North Scott were the big favorite in their most recent match, and for good reason. They put the hurt on Liberty with a sharp 44-15 win. Followers of North Scott probably expected little less of the team in a season in which they have collected three blowout victories.
Meanwhile, we expected Clinton to have trouble with the significantly higher ranked Clear Creek-Amana last Friday, and they did. Clinton have to be aching after a bruising 0-28 loss to Clear Creek-Amana. This makes it the second loss in a row for Clinton.
Everything came up roses for North Scott against Clinton the last time the two teams met as the squad secured a 56-13 victory. Will North Scott repeat their success, or does Clinton have a better game plan this time around ? We'll find out soon enough.
