Hough is a perfect 4-0 against Hickory Ridge since May of 2018 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Thursday. The Huskies will head out to square off against the Ragin' Bulls at 7:00 p.m. Hough is currently enjoying a perfect season and no doubt wants to keep things rolling.

Hough's defense heads into the match hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed on Tuesday. They walked away with a 2-0 victory over Hopewell. Hough's defense has been rock solid lately; the team hasn't given up a goal in their last five games.

Ava Hauser and Sydney Treanor scored both of Hough's goals, bringing their combined season tally to 27 goals.

Meanwhile, after failing to score in their last contest, Hickory Ridge made sure to put some goals up on the board against West Cabarrus on Tuesday. They were the clear victors by a 5-0 margin over the Wolverines. The win continues a trend for Hickory Ridge in their matchups with West Cabarrus: they've now won eight in a row.

Hough pushed their record up to 22-0-1 with the victory, which was their sixth straight at home. Those home wins came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only given up zero goals over those six matches. As for Hickory Ridge, their victory bumped their record up to 20-1-1.

Everything went Hough's way against Hickory Ridge in their previous matchup back in March of 2023, as Hough made off with a 7-2 win. Do the Huskies have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Ragin' Bulls turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
