Baseball Recap: North Port Wins Going Away Against Bayshore

While North Port put up some runs on Thursday, the same can't be said for Bayshore. Everything went the North Port Bobcats' way against the Bayshore Bruins as the North Port Bobcats made off with a 10-0 win. Considering the Bobcats have won three contests by more than eight runs this season, Thursday's blowout was nothing new.

Jamin Bulda looked comfortable as he didn't allow a single earned run and allowed only a hit while striking out nine over four innings pitched.

At the plate, Landon Davidson was excellent, scoring a run while going 2-for-3. Another player making a difference was Kayden Davidson, who scored two runs and stole two bases while getting on base in three of his four plate appearances.

North Port now has a winning record of 3-2. As for Bayshore, their defeat was their fourth straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 1-2.

North Port didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next matchup, an 8-2 loss against Sarasota on the 21st. As for Bayshore, they also wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next game, a 16-0 victory against Gulf Coast HEAT on the 21st.
