Friday's contest might be decided on the ground. Penns Manor has been unstoppable on the ground this season, having averaged 212 rushing yards per game. However, it's not like Conemaugh Township struggles in that department as they've been averaging 193.8 rushing yards. There's a good chance Friday's game turns into a tough fight on the ground.
Penns Manor didn't have too much breathing room in their matchup against Conemaugh Township when the teams last played back in September of 2024, but they still walked away with a 22-16 win. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Comets since the team won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
