When it comes to explaining why Lake Worth lost, one person who can't be blamed is Christina Bell. Despite the final result, she scored 16 points along with five rebounds and two steals. Bell hasn't dropped below two steals for eight straight games. Alexandra Reiman was another key contributor, scoring eight points.
Park Vista was led to victory by Petra Romero and Giulliana Mendonca. Romero scored 17 points along with five rebounds and two steals, while Mendonca scored 25 points along with eight rebounds and two steals. It was the first time this season that Mendonca pulled down eight or more rebounds.
Lake Worth has been struggling recently as they've lost six of their last seven contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 4-11 record this season. As for Park Vista, the win got them back to even at 6-6.
