The Braymer Bobcats lost to the Hale Cardinals back in February of 2023, but the Braymer Bobcats didn't allow the Hale Cardinals the same satisfaction on Tuesday. Braymer walked away with a 63-51 victory over Hale. The win made it back-to-back wins for Braymer.
Braymer's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Carter Shoe, who dropped a double-double on 17 points and ten rebounds. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Shoe has scored all season. Dakota Brandon was another key contributor, scoring 20 points along with five steals.
Braymer's win bumped their record up to 9-5. As for Hale, their defeat dropped their record down to 8-5.
Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Braymer will face off against Higbee at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Higbee knows how to get points on the board -- the team has finished with flashy point totals in its past ten games -- so hopefully Braymer likes a good challenge. As for Hale, they will head out on the road to square off against Southwest at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Hopefully Southwest focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up 15 back in December of 2023.
