The Church Farm Griffens will head out on the road to square off against the Valley Forge Military Academy Trojans at 7:00 p.m. on Saturday. Church Farm has been getting the ball to fall more lately as they've increased their point totals each of their last three games.
Last Tuesday, everything came up roses for Church Farm at home against Bristol as the team secured a 57-26 win.
Meanwhile, Valley Forge Military Academy's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Tuesday after their 11th straight loss. They were outmatched by Delaware County Christian on the road and fell 84-37. While losing is never fun, Valley Forge Military Academy can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Pennsylvania basketball rankings (they are ranked 736th, while Delaware County Christian is ranked 175th).
Church Farm is on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five matchups, which provided a massive bump to their 9-7 record this season. As for Valley Forge Military Academy, they dropped their record down to 1-15 with that defeat, which was their fifth straight on the road.
Everything came up roses for Church Farm against Valley Forge Military Academy when the teams last played back in January of 2023 as the squad secured a 62-31 win. One of the biggest obstacles trying to stand in the way of that victory was Valley Forge Military Academy's Steven Hill, who scored 26 points.
