Jupiter gave their fans exactly what they wanted out of a home opener on Friday. Everything went their way against the Dwyer Panthers as they made off with a 28-7 win. With the Warriors ahead 21-0 at the half, the game was all but over already.

Jayden Roberts was a one-man wrecking crew as he rushed for 106 yards and one score on only 12 carries, and also picked up 75 receiving yards and one touchdown. He also put in work on the defensive side of the ball, picking up a sack, forcing one fumble, and making one tackle. Another player making a difference was Andrew Embick, who threw for 195 yards and three TDs.

Wins are hard to come by when you can't run the rock, something Jupiter proved: they limited Dwyer to a paltry 0.7 yards per carry. The team can thank Max Doster for the heroic effort on defense: he. Jupiter didn't have any issues in that department, having averaged 8.8.
