Everything went their way against the Fort Bragg Timberwolves on Thursday as the Upper Lake Cougars made off with  an  8-2 victory.  On Fort Bragg's side,  Andrea Escobedo put in work no matter where she played. She looked comfortable on the mound,   pitching five innings while giving up just one earned  (and two unearned) runs off   four  hits (she also only allowed one  walk). Escobedo was also big at the plate,  going 2-for-3 with a  stolen base and  an  RBI.
 Escobedo wasn't  the only one making solid contact as  two players wound up with at least one hit. One of them was  Nikki Namvar, who  went 1-for-2 with a  triple and a  run.
 Upper Lake's win bumped their record up to 3-5. As for Fort Bragg, they now  have a losing record at 3-4.
 Upper Lake will be playing at home against Lower Lake at 4:00  p.m.  on Tuesday. As for Fort Bragg, they will head out on the road to  take on  Cloverdale at 4:00  p.m.  on Tuesday.
