Keefe Tech took a serious blow against Worcester Tech on Friday, falling 66-26. The result shouldn't come as a shock considering that's the fewest points Keefe Tech has scored all season.
When it comes to explaining why Keefe Tech lost, one person who can't be blamed is George Anastos. Despite the final result, he scored ten points.
Keefe Tech has traveled a rocky road recently, as they've lost four of their last five matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 7-5 record this season. As for Worcester Tech, the win (which was their fifth in a row) raised their record to 11-2.
Keefe Tech will be playing at home against Blackstone Valley RVT at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. The matchup should be an exciting one, as these teams are ranked near one another in Massachusetts (Blackstone Valley RVT is ranked 202nd, while Keefe Tech is ranked 212th). As for Worcester Tech, they will head out on the road to challenge University Park at 6:30 p.m. on Monday. The timing isn't great for University Park: they have been struggling with three straight losses at home, while Worcester Tech has snatched up three consecutive wins on the road.
