Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Roxboro Community). They blew past the Excelsior Classical Academy Flying Lions 13-4 on Thursday. The Bulldogs haven't had any issues with the Flying Lions recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive victory against them.

Roxboro Community's win bumped their record up to 6-10. As for Excelsior Classical Academy, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-7.

Roxboro Community and Excelsior Classical Academy will both get a bit of extra prep time before their next contests. The next time the Bulldogs see the field they'll take on Oxford Prep at 6:00 p.m. on the 28th.
