Lafayette Christian Academy got their victory on the backs of several key players, but it was Jalen Noel out in front who rushed for 281 yards and two touchdowns while picking up 10.4 yards per carry. Noel set a new season high mark in carries with 27. Jujuan Johnson was another key contributor, throwing for 298 yards and three touchdowns while completing 80% of his passes.
Teurlings Catholic's loss ended a three-game streak of away wins and brought them to 9-4. As for Lafayette Christian Academy, their win was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 11-2.
