Northridge was not able to break out of their rough patch  on Friday as the team picked up their third straight  loss. They came up short against  the Newark Catholic Green Wave, falling  17-0. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Vikings of the  16-6 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture  back in April of 2024.
Northridge now  has a losing record of 4-5. As for Newark Catholic,  the  victory  got them back to even at 4-4.
