Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Lakes). They strolled past the Round Lake Panthers with points to spare on Saturday, taking the game 66-47. That's more bragging rights for the Eagles, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Lakes' victory bumped their record up to 3-5. As for Round Lake, their defeat was their 18th straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 0-6.

Lakes will be home for the holidays to greet Fremd at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Fremd will roll in looking for their fifth straight win, something Lakes surely won't give up without a fight. As for Round Lake, they will head out on the road to face off against Marian Central Catholic at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
