Rose Bud has gone a perfect 4-0 against Tuckerman recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Saturday. The Rose Bud Ramblers will be taking part in a tournament against the Tuckerman Bulldogs at 9:00 a.m. Rose Bud has given up an average of 8 runs per game this season, so hopefully the team got some pitching drills in this week.

Rose Bud came up short against Perryville on Thursday, falling 13-3. The Ramblers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Meanwhile, Tuckerman is still undefeated this season after their matchup against Melbourne on Friday, but Melbourne came as close as anyone has to beating them. Tuckerman came within a single run of losing the streak, but they secured an 11-10 W against Melbourne. The pitching woes were uncharacteristic for the Bulldogs, who until this contest were averaging 3.75 runs allowed.

Gracee McGuire was incredible, getting on base in three of her five plate appearances with one home run, three RBI, and two runs. McGuire is crushing it when it comes to home runs: she's launched at least one every time she's taken the field this season. Another player making a difference was Bristen Wheeler, who went 1-for-5 with one home run and two RBI.

McGuire wasn't the only one working in the home run department: Tuckerman lost a few balls and finished the game with two home runs. That's the most home runs they've managed all season.

Tuckerman pushed their record up to 4-0 with the win, which was their sixth straight at home dating back to last season. The wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 3.2 runs on average over those games. As for Rose Bud, their loss dropped their record down to 1-5.

Rose Bud took their victory against Tuckerman in their previous matchup back in March of 2019 by a conclusive 16-1. Does Rose Bud have another victory up their sleeve, or will Tuckerman turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
