With a playoff win on the line, Humboldt rose to the challenge on Wednesday. They took down the North Greene Huskies 54-35. The win was familiar territory for the Vikings, who have now won 20 matchups in a row.

Humboldt's victory was their 24th straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 30-5. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 68.5 points over those games. As for North Greene, with the defeat, they broke their 19-game winning streak and moved their record to 27-5.
