Ed Lustik posted a new career-high in strikeouts on Tuesday. He struck out seven batters over 5.1 innings while giving up three earned (and three unearned) runs off five hits (and only one walk).

Looking ahead, Lustik and Hawaii Prep will welcome Pahoa at 3:00 p.m. on Thursday. Sadly, Lustik's big day wasn't enough to stop the loss, which snapped the Ka Makani's three-game streak of wins on the road.
