Allison Hunsberger made a big impact no matter where she played. She looked comfortable on the mound, tossing seven innings while giving up just two earned (and four unearned) runs off eight hits. What's more, she posted four strikeouts, the most she's had since back in April of 2024. She was also solid in the batter's box, scoring a run and stealing a base while going 2-for-4.
In other batting news, Parkland let Ami Patel and Elizabeth Pinkham run wild. Patel went 3-for-4 with five RBI, one run, and one double, while Pinkham scored three runs while going 3-for-4.
