Joshua Headley's rushing tear continued on Friday as he dropped his fifth-straight game with 104+ rushing yards. He rushed for 174 yards while picking up 9.2 yards per carry. He was dominant the last time he took on Cheney Tech back in November of 2024, so they probably should've seen this coming. Headley also deserves a shoutout for his performance on D, making three total tackles and defending two passes.

Headley and Bullard-Havens will have a little extra prep time after the loss as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on ATI [Abbott RVT/Immaculate] at 6:00 p.m. on the 25th. The Tigers got just the result they wanted when they last faced ATI [Abbott RVT/Immaculate] thanks in part to Headley: he rushed for 194 yards. Can he match (or beat) that stellar performance?
