It was a good run, but The Lower Cape May Tigers unfortunately witnessed the end of their seven-game winning streak on Thursday. They fell 34-26 to Delran.
Delran got their win on the backs of several key players, but it was Vinny Sacca out in front who rushed for 49 yards and two touchdowns, and also threw for 72 yards and a touchdown. Nick Pean was another key contributor, gaining 119 total yards.
Lower Cape May's loss dropped their record down to 8-2. As for Delran, the victory makes it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 4-7.
Lower Cape May does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Delran also has no future games currently scheduled.
