Muskego faced Franklin in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Saturday. The Warriors came out on top against the Sabers by a score of  7-2. Winning may never get old, but the Warriors sure are getting used to it with their sixth in a row.

 On the hitting side,  the team  relied heavily on  Reese Heinrich, who  got on base  in four of her five plate appearances with one  run, one  double,  and one  RBI. The team also got some help courtesy of  Samantha Brunner, who  went 2-for-5 with one  run and one  RBI.
Muskego's win bumped their record up to 15-5. As for Franklin,  this is the second loss in a row for them and  nudges their season record down to 11-6.
 Coincidentally, Muskego and Franklin will both be playing Oregon the next time they take the field. The Sabers will  host the Panthers at 9:30  a.m.  on Saturday, while the Warriors will play them later in the day, at 11:30  a.m.
