Orcas Island was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their sixth straight loss. They fell 29-25 to the South Whidbey Falcons. On the bright side, the 25- run performance marked the Vikings' highest-scoring game to date.

Orcas Island's defeat dropped their record down to 7-13. As for South Whidbey, they moved to 10-8 with that victory, which also ended their three-game losing streak.

Coming up, Orcas Island will take on Anacortes at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday. South Whidbey does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
