If Highland wanted to avenge their loss from the last time they played Brush, they should've done a better job of containing Hannah Hansen. The Beetdiggers put the hurt on the Huskies with a sharp 3-0 win on Saturday with plenty of help from Hansen, who had five digs and five aces. She has been hot recently, having posted two or more aces the last three times she's played.

Brush walked away with the victory (and looked especially good in the third set). The final score came out to 25-22, 25-22, 25-15.

Brush's record now sits at 3-5. As for Highland, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 7-4.

Brush has already played their next game, a 3-0 defeat against Sterling on the 16th. As for Highland, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 3-0 win against Front Range Christian on the 18th.
