They breezed by the Verde Valley Coyotes to the tune of 57-22. The game was all but wrapped up at the end of the third, by which point American Heritage Academy had established a 32 point advantage.

Despite the loss, Verde Valley still got an impressive performance from Peter Heller, who posted eight points.

American Heritage Academy's victory was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 4-1. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 66.0 points per game. As for Verde Valley, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-5.

American Heritage Academy will have some time to savor their win since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Orme at 4:00 p.m. on January 27th.
