Leon put another one in the bag on Tuesday to keep their perfect season alive. Everything went their way against the North Florida Christian Eagles as the Leon Lions made off with a 12-5 win. Hayden McNeill was a major factor no matter where he played. He didn't allow a single earned run and allowed only one hit over four innings pitched. What's more, he posted four strikeouts, the most he's had since back in March of 2024. He was also solid in the batter's box, scoring two runs while getting on base in two of his four plate appearances.
In other batting news, Evans Franco was excellent, scoring a run and stealing a base while going 2-for-4. He also put up a double, which was his first of the season.
