Shylo Williford was a major factor while hitting and pitching. On the mound, she didn't allow a single earned run and allowed only two hits while striking out 11 over five innings pitched. She has been consistent recently: she hasn't tossed less than five strikeouts in three consecutive appearances. She was also stellar in the batter's box, firing off two home runs, seven RBI, and one double while going 3-for-4. Those seven RBI gave her a new career-high.
