The win made it two in a row for Konos Academy and bumps their season record up to 2-0. As for Griffin, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-1.
Konos Academy will head out on the road to take on Peach County at 5:00 p.m. on Saturday. As for Griffin, they didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next contest, a 2-0 victory vs. Hampton on the 8th.
