The Foley Lions's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Friday after their 12th straight loss. They suffered a rough 58-38 defeat at the hands of Daphne. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest defeat Foley has suffered against Daphne since January 22, 2021.
Foley's defeat came despite a true team effort from the offense, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Kaden Adams, who scored 11 points along with seven rebounds and three steals. Curtis Sanders was another key contributor, scoring five points along with two steals.
Foley's defeat was their 13th straight at home, which bumped their record down to 1-24. As for Daphne, they have been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 10-13 record this season.
