Hanks scored the most points they've had all season to find success on Friday. They put the hurt on Parkland with a sharp 64-44 victory.
It was another big night for Israel Gonzalez, who scored 24 points along with three steals. As a matter of fact, that's the most points he has scored all season. Another player making a difference was Martin Gomez, who scored seven points along with five assists and two steals.
Meanwhile, Ysleta unfortunately witnessed the end of their three-game winning streak on Friday. They took a 59-46 hit to the loss column at the hands of Del Valle.
Hanks' win was their fourth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 16-13. Those victories were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 52.5 points per game. As for Ysleta, their defeat dropped their record down to 16-10.
Hanks beat the Indians 50-43 in their previous matchup back in January. Will Hanks repeat their success, or do the Indians have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
