Jackson County Central never let their opponents score on Thursday. Everything went their way against the Redwood Valley Cardinals as they made off with a 15-0 win. Considering the Huskies have won eight matches by more than six runs this season, Thursday's blowout was nothing new.

The victory was the third in a row for Jackson County Central, bringing their record up to 10-1. Those wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 1.0 run on average over those games. As for Redwood Valley, they have been struggling recently as they've lost six of their last eight contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 5-9 record this season.

Jackson County Central is taking a road trip to square off against Fairmont at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. The Cardinals' pitching crew has only allowed 3.4 runs per game this season, so the Huskies' hitters will have their work cut out for them. As for Redwood Valley, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Lac qui Parle Valley at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday.
