After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Paradise Honors, Goldwater was happy to have turned things around on Thursday. They secured a 74-68 W over the Moon Valley Rockets. The Bulldogs' offense stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most points they've scored all season.

Despite the loss, Moon Valley still got an impressive performance from Jadan Curry, who went 8 for 12 on his way to 20 points and four steals. Those 20 points gave Curry a new career-high. Jordan Sepulveda was another key player, dropping a double-double on 15 points and ten boards.

The win snapped Goldwater's losing streak at seven games and leaves them with a 5-13 record. As for Moon Valley, their defeat was their third straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 2-16.

Goldwater has already played their next match, a 48-40 loss against Greenway on the 28th. As for Moon Valley, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 58-56 victory against Thunderbird on the 28th.
