Duchesne came out on top against North Summit on Tuesday thanks in part to Caleb Thompson's efforts. Thompson was dialed in as he went 1-for-4 with one home run, two stolen bases, and three RBI. He played a big game the last time he faced North Summit back in April of 2024, so the team probably should've seen him coming. Thompson is becoming a predictor of Duchesne's success: when he posts at least two stolen bases the team is 2-1 (and 7-9 when he doesn't).
