Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead New Life Christian Academy to victory, but perhaps none more so than D'Marion Tomlinson, who scored 15 points along with four steals. Kaleb James was another key contributor, scoring 12 points along with six assists and five rebounds.
Elevation Prep Academy lost despite a true team effort on the offense, the best among them being HARVEY BEDELL, who scored 13 points. The team also got some help courtesy of JAYLEN THOMAS, who scored 13 points.
The win made it two in a row for New Life Christian Academy and bumps their season record up to 17-13. As for Elevation Prep Academy, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 7-14.
New Life Christian Academy will be playing at home against Falcon Christian Academy at 6:30 p.m. on Monday. New Life Christian Academy has been dominant on offense recently, as they've racked up an incredible 260 points over their last four matchups. As for Elevation Prep Academy, they will be playing at home against Charlotte Elite Academy at 7:30 p.m. on Monday. Hopefully Elevation Prep Academy focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up 18 on Saturday.
